Back In Motion Functional Therapy

WHERE PASSION, EXPERIENCE & HUMAN OPTIMIZATION MEET!

MISSION

At BIMFT, the emphasis is on putting the patient first and taking extra time to make sure every need is acknowledged. Many of my clients strive for a healthy lifestyle. My mission is to help them sustain a healthy and active lifestyle so that they can continue doing the things you love most. I want my client's bodies to function at their highest level. I help to alleviate any immediate symptoms and underlying problems that may be preventing them from partaking in an active lifestyle.

WHAT TO EXPECT

ASSESSMENT - TREATMENT - KNOWLEDGE - PREVENTATIVE EXERCISES

It can be intimidating seeing a new healthcare provider for your painful symptoms. Before your appointment, you must have a good idea of what to expect with your treatment. You can expect to begin with a detailed history of your symptoms at your first appointment. This will help to paint a bigger picture of how you use your body daily. The smaller the detail, the better. Identifying your goals and addressing any concerns you may have. I want you to have enough time during an appointment to discuss any pressing concerns. I recommend wearing comfortable/flexible clothing since most treatments can be movement-based if needed!

The Back In Motion Difference

BACK IN MOTION STANDARDS OF PRACTICE

Back In Motion Functional Therapy prides its self on being different than your manual therapy practitioners. It is my mission to help you heal as quickly as you can through the use of many different types of manual therapies.

APPOINTMENT LENGTH

All appointments are one-on-one. Sessions are structured in 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes depending on your case. In general, the more time we spend, the more issues can be addressed.

COMPREHENSIVE SESSIONS

I understand the limitations of each modality and know each client is different. By blending the use of the most recent research and multiple modalities during a session helps ensures a positive outcome. A session can consist of a combination of soft tissue joint manipulation, movement-based fascial release, vibrational technology, and rehabilitation/corrective exercise that compliments each session to ensure the best result.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS & FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNTS

If you invest money in those accounts for your health, no better place to use it! An itemized list of what was done during an session can be provided upon request, if insurance company requests. Reimbursement varies and is decided on by each individual insurance company.
